A representative came out to my house the very same day I called to inquire about installing a split unit, which immediately impressed me with their responsiveness and customer service. Scheduling the installation date was simple and hassle-free, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time and came fully prepared to get the job done. They were professional, polite, and extremely efficient throughout the entire installation. I also appreciated how clean and organized they were while working — they cleaned as they went, and the finished installation looked fantastic. Once the unit was installed, the crew clearly explained the operating instructions in a way that was easy to understand. I have been with quick refrigeration since 2013 and they always have great service, prompt with setting up appointments to finishing the job. Quick refrigeration have great communication amongst the Quick refrigeration team, from the front office answering calls and the costomer to the field technitions. I had the privilage of working with Giovanni Vasquez and Mr Lyan service technicians. Giovanni worked on repairing a major leek from my compressor which he diagnosed throughly and repaired quiickly . The following day servce technition Mr Lyan was teamed up to make sure my entire system was cleaned serviced and working properly after the repairs. They were both very professional curtious, they both were detailed oriented and I could tell they both had pride in their work and were very expirenced AC technitions who listened cared about their costoemers. Mr Vasquez was upfront on costs of repairs and offered resnable repair charges and offered expirienced recomondations. Giovanni Vasquez is a great employee. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He told me what he was doing and showed me pictures when he was done.
