Quick Refrigeration was great when our central air system died. Sales tech was great, was honest about our system requirements, didn't upsell anything that wasn't needed. Pricing was fair and they were, as per their name, Quick. Proposal was agreed on a Thursday and by Saturday they were Quick to work at 7am and done by 10am. They were very friendly and thoroughly cleaned all of our vents and floors afterwards. Amazing service from start to finish. **QUICK REFRIGERATION** So my A/C on my home was 30 years old and way past the end of life so I started going out and getting quotes on new units since mine was so in-efficient. I signed the paperwork on a Thursday and I was told they would call me the next week to get it installed. We'll over the weekend on a holiday my old unit went out. I called them and Jay who was my sales person sent a tech out not once but twice on a holiday weekend to fix my old unit at no charge until the new unit came in. In the end they might have been more expensive but they not only replaced my unit but we're the only contractor to also fix the duct work to properly cool the house rather than just patch it by selling me a new unit by far the best customer service. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had and left the site cleaner than when they arrived.
