Giovanni, the technician who came out to diagnose and inspect my unit, was respectful, professional, and thorough. Paul and Isaac did a fantastic job with the installation. They were very thorough and methodical throughout the entire replacement and made sure everything was done properly. They also reassured me that if I had any questions or concerns, I could reach out to them. Lizbeth and Elijah were also wonderful to work with when it came to payment. Quick Refrigeration did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts and re-taping around the vents when needed. They showed us before and after pictures and the difference is amazing. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time and came fully prepared to get the job done. They were professional, polite, and extremely efficient throughout the entire installation. I called Quick late in the day as my system was experiencing issues. I told them I could wait till the next day for the repair person so they scheduled me immediately for the next day. The technician (Ryan) was pleasant and worked quickly to address my air conditioning issue. I have an older system so he also reviewed the companies maintenance plan offerings should I be interested.
