I purchased my unit in 2018 from Quick Refrigeration Co. This season when we returned the blower didn't turn off. I replaced the blower on 11-3-25. On 11-24-25 the blower did not turn off. I called and Enrique came by to try to figure out the problem. He worked for a couple hours then he called in Giovanni. Between the two of them they figured out my wiring was bad. These two young men were so kind and courteous. They made sure the unit was working properly before they left. I know they were late for dinner, but so appreciate the job they did. Our technician was Giovanni and he went above and beyond what has been done in the past. We have service done once a year to maintain our warranty and usually the service is done in an hour. He was here for about 3 hours working constantly from up on the roof to inside the attic for the air handler. He is a valuable employee in this day and age. Giovanni Vasquez (Technician) was very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable in his field. He was able to break down what was going on with our AC unit and how to take preventative measures from now on. He was able to find the problem within 15 min of checking our unit.
