Our technician was Giovanni and he went above and beyond what has been done in the past. We have service done once a year to maintain our warranty and usually the service is done in an hour. He was here for about 3 hours working constantly from up on the roof to inside the attic for the air handler. He is a valuable employee in this day and age.
