Quick Refrigeration started out in 1955 as Quick Service. Our founders, Jim Gilmore and Dallas Comstock, started going door to door asking people if they needed service. At the time, the labor rate was $6 an hour. Their first office was in Dallas’ home.

Jim Gilmore’s son, Frank Gilmore, and Dallas Comstock’s son-in-law, Art Elias, now own this two-man Quick Service operation. We changed our name when we expanded our services, but we still guarantee the personal service we offered when Jim and Dallas went door to door more than 60 years ago. Now known as Quick Refrigeration, and with more than 30 employees, we are proud of serving the Yuma community since 1955.
